FIREBUG TO EDIT BLOGGER LAYOUT FOR BLOG

Today i tried this really cool add-on for my firefox3 .I was wondering how to adjust my blog main content wrapper to make it suitable for adsense 468×60 ad code and was finding trouble.
Then i installed this wonderful add-on from here and restarted firefox3 .Firebug integrates with Firefox to put a wealth of development tools at your fingertips while you browse. You can edit, debug, and monitor CSS, HTML, and JavaScript live in any web page.
Now i was able to adjust the HTML directly from tool>firebug>inspect element to find apt padding and space required.A bit more could have been done but my template looks ok i seems..:o In fact this tool can be used for web designing.

Many of websites may steal your private identifiable information which u may submit them at time of registration ,filling up surveys etc .These websites may sell this information targeting specific age group,gender,or even at your place. U can take example of social bookmarking website Digg.com.
Why would digg need your address postal code or even sex for registration, is one-email +ID not enough.Here are some tips :

1. Submit your private information to only trusted websites.
2. On social networking websites keep you sensitive information private .Block anonymous person to message you or read your scraps or view your albums.
3. Delete cookies on your web browser,this security feature comes at cost of your customized view
for any webpage.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR BLOG/WEBSITE MORE VISIBLE

Getting Traffic is tough but These tips can give u a hand while dealing with web pages

UNIQUE CONTENT : Content is heart of any Website.

  1. IF your content is unique,valuable and good world will follow you.
  2. Search Engines Loves unique content ->Unique Content beats all* bookmarking,publicity etc

TEMPLATE : Template is body of any webpage ->Mess with HTML

  1. Use description meta tags in b/w <head> HERE !
  2. For Images always use descriptive names like leonardo01.jpg instead of pic01.jpg also use alternate tag alt for Images ->alt=”harry_potter”
  3. Put your Page simple and elegant with less outgoing links as it may turn off any new user.
  4. Use good colour templates and always remember the colour codes in Hex as it may help when u embed Ads or other applications in that page i would prefer white.

  1. As discussed if your content is unique u get higher rankings from you counterparts who copied you.Follow White hat SEO raher than Black hat which is short term (some cases)
